zoomed graph also affects graphs web page

Just noticed that if I zoom in on a graph on the graphs display and close that with the graph still zoomed then that propagates through to the trends web page. That means that not only is the graph zoomed on the trends web page but also that it does not update. This applies to the wind speed graph - I haven't checked if the same is true of the other graphs.
Not sure if this is a bug or a feature

. If it's a feature maybe it should be documented?

from the help file..
Note that if you are uploading graph images to a web site, they will appear exactly as they are in Cumulus - i.e. if you have 'zoomed' them, that is how they will appear.

It's because the images are simply copies of the current view of the graph; there's no other way they can be produced.

Already documented in the help file in 1.9.1.

OK - Sorry, should have read the help file more carefully.
However still a bit puzzled. Surely the graphs files are regenerated using the current data every time they are uploaded - can't quite see why the udate could not just ignore any zooming settings. I'm not asking for any changes though - now I know how it works I can just make sure I cancel any zooming before I close the window.

Because the images are simply copies of the current view of the graphs.
