Problems with graph

Post by didoi »

Hello,

I'm using Cumulus software with a PCE-FWS 20 station since an year and I'm very satisfacted.

Some days ago I've installed Windows 7 and since there I have a problem with graphs (in the "Select-A-Graph" page).
I can't show them, I try to change data but I always get a graph like this
Image

I've read of problems with Windows 7 and data format but I don't have this kind of problem, all the data .txt files are regularly saving data.

Which is the problem that doesn't let me show the graphs in a proper way?

Thanks for helping.

It's either a problem in one or more of your log files, or something related to where Windows 7 causes Cumulus to store the data. Or perhaps a difference between the date format between your old installation and your new one. Which folder have you installed Cumulus into?

If you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I'll take a look.

Hi Steve,

thanks for you answer, I think I have found the right way myself.

The problem was in the hour format because after having installed Windows 7, even if I made the procedure as explained, it started saving hour data in format 00:00 instead of 00.00 like it did before.
Now I changed all in 00.00 and setted Windows 7 to show hour format with "." and not ":" and now it's all working correctly.

Thanks anyway for your help ;)
