No data from Easyweather in Cumulus

Post by jgallis »

Hi

I have som problems getting data from Easy Weather to Cumulus, and the debug file has the folowing error:

1368.498 : 30.12.2010 12:02:00 Minute timer 2
1380.395 : Error processing EasyWeather file: '0.0' is not a valid floating point value

I have tryed the stable versjon and the new beta, but the error is the same.

What can I do to fix this problem?

If you are running cumulus then you do not need easy-weather apart from setting the station log interval
recommended that you do not to run both programs at the same time
here is a copy of my settings for the WH1080

Yes, far better not to run EW at the same time and use the Fine Offset setting in Cumulus.

As for the problem:
1380.395 : Error processing EasyWeather file: '0.0' is not a valid floating point value
It looks like your system uses a comma as a decimal separator (so that's what Cumulus expects) but your EW log file uses decimal points (periods/full stops).
