As a new user, I am getting used to Cumulus and I like it a lot so far. Can anyone tell me over what periods the trend and averages are calculated, as I can't find this detail in the wiki or FAQ?
Thanks,
Peter

Re: Trend and averages
The temperature and pressure trends are calculated over the previous three hours. Which averages do you mean?

Re: Trend and averages
Thanks for the reply, Steve. The averages are those in the Outdoor and Wind boxes.
Is there any way for the user to alter the period over which any of these are calculated?

Re: Trend and averages
The average temp is the average for today; there's no option to change that.Tattynure wrote:The averages are those in the Outdoor and Wind boxes.
The average wind speed, assuming you have Cumulus calculating it, is calculated over the previous 10 minutes, as is the average bearing. You can change the periods of those using settings in cumulus.ini, see AvgSpeedMinutes and AvgBearingMinutes.
