Can cumulus software send automated e-mails which can load the latest weather information. If it does how do you set it up?

Cumulus doesn't, but there's a clever "add-on" which does: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Toolbox

I haven't been able to "associate" the Tool Box interface to the PHP file that Cumulus is processing. Does the Tool Box point to the .txt file that is local? Or to the PHP file on the server via a URL?
