Okay

Thank you for that additional info
Right, I have just looked through pages of documentation for 'Eclipse' and the 'Webspace' and have the following good news for you:
If I understand the following correctly:
"Question: What can I use the webspace for?
Answer:
The webspace can be used for all types of website creation and HTML web pages, images and files can all be hosted on our web servers. The following types of hosting are supported:
Javascript and Cascading Style Sheets
CGI scripting (supporting Perl 5.6.1)
PHP scripting (supporting PHP 5.1.4 and GD libraries v2.08)
ASP (using CDOSYS and DSN-less database connections)
Microsoft FrontPage 2002 v 5.0.2.5012"
You should be able to 'enable' or 'switch on' the PHP Module if not already 'enabled' or 'switched on' through using the 'MyEclipse' Admin Pages -
http://www.eclipse.net.uk/index.cfm?id=myeclipse
Now once that is done, we can then start to go through getting you using PHP.

I think it is just automatically enabled. I have been through the eclipse knowledge base and it says nothing about manually setting it. I also had a look on my account manager and could not see anything.

Thank you,
Based on the output, which was as a text file, I am fairly confident when I say that I suspect PHP is not enabled.
I would like to run one more additional test if that is okay?
I would like you to do the same as before but with the file attached to this message.

PHP has NOT been enabled.
I found this rather unclear statement in the depths of their site:
Important Points to Note
You can connect to the webspace from anywhere using a suitable FTP facility.
Only supports basic scripts that will run on the client side, e.g. JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Will not support your own server side scripts. Should you need to run your own scripts on the server, such as PHP, CGI, ASP, etc, you will need to go for a full Domain Hosting package.
You'd better get them to clarify that - If in doubt get hosted / set up with daj - hassle free (as oppposed to free hassle)

Thank you.
That confirms my initial thoughts, that PHP is disabled / off.
I have to agree with Beteljuice.

Cheers for that. I will look into things.
If I need to. How do I set up with Daj?
