I've just noticed the minimize button (first of the three standard Windows buttons in the top right hand corner) does not work properly if you attempt to minimize any of the windows from the 'View' drop down menu. If you click on the minimize button on any of these daughter windows they disappear but cannot be re-instated. There is no icon in the bottom toolbar and the daughter window cannot be reopened unless you shut down Cumulus and restart in.
I am running Cumulus on a remote machine through "Remote Desktop Connection" on a machine running W7 Professional.

The child windows should minimise to the desktop. They do for me, on all versions of Windows, and also when using remote desktop.

For me, it just shrinks down to the edge of the task bar. This is how it's always worked.

how it looks for me...
Steve, wonder if you could change these to Modal windows, with no minimize?

A number of people don't like that; they want to have several windows open.daj wrote:Steve, wonder if you could change these to Modal windows, with no minimize?

I moved the toolbar and there it was!
Any ideas why it is hiding behind the toolbar?

No idea, I'm afraid. I think Windows decides where to put it.

I wonder if anyone else can tell me???steve wrote:No idea, I'm afraid. I think Windows decides where to put it.
Sorry to have bothered you with a problem that lies in my realm and is nothing to do with Cumulus. I wonder what proportion of the questions/problems you have reported is nothing to do with your excellent software package?
