Temp, Wind speed, Wind direction stuck

Hi, newbie here can anybody help?
I am not at home at present and have noticed that all on line readings seem to be stuck.
Whilst I understand the wind direction and speed could be due to frost why would the temp be frozen and it appears in my charts as a straight line at -10.5 since the middle of the night.
Hope its something simple or does the station not cope with temp this low?
I have a Maplin's wh-1080 and am running Widows 7 32bit
regards

It sounds like your outside unit has stopped transmitting, possibly the batteries have died due to the cold. The station should be signalling 'sensor contact lost', but how you confirm this depends on what access you have from where you are. The realtime.txt file contains a flag, if you're uploading that somewhere.

As Steve says it does depend on what access you have to your system remotely. My PWS (same as yours) exhibited the same results as you quote when I had an error with my USB connection. Restarted PC and unplugged/plugged back in USB and normal service resumed.
