Heard back off the company, it's NOT $70 anymore.......it's $85!!!

That being said, they are offering me a little discount on the actual station, BUT I also have to think about the import tax also, which is going to be 20% of the overall price as well!!

Steve, if i do go for this, and upgrade, how does this affect my history, can I simply plug the station in and carry on, the only new thing is the UV sensor isn't it?

Everything should work fine except that you may get a weird value for rainfall initially that you'll need to correct in the usual way.

I have managed to find a brief spec of the model 3081 on the Australian eBay site - the Fine Offset website appears to be unobtainable. Does anyone know the differences between the model WH3080 and WH3081.

I am in the UK and am interested to know when these models will become available over here.

I recently had some PV panels installed and want to see what corellations there are between kWh achieved and the weather.

Thanks.

The usual difference between the models ending in zero and those ending in one is that those ending in zero have a radio-controlled clock.

Hi, just wonder if the WH3080 is any good?
I looked around for another weather station and found a WH3080 and wonder if this is any good.

still need a few more suppliers in the UK to take it on (maybe napkins?) to bring the price down a little, I was going to buy it this week, but had a major financial hiccup, so its going to have to wait a while now

I'll think most of the auction from ebay.de will came from the HS -group.
Shop name on Ebay is HS-ONLINESHOP.
They even have a site in English there they sell it from froggit.de.

I have ordered one from there, and hopefully it will show up this week.

Does anyone know with this new station, if you can get away with replacing JUST the transmitter module? and leaving the rain/wind detectors as they are?

ALSO, with having the display, will the transmitter send the information to the new display AND the old one (I do understand the old one doesn't show the sun) but would it show the rest as per normal?
