Is there any way to display realtime on the computer screen ? I do not have a website and was just playing with Cumulus and was wondering if there was anyway that I could display realtime conditions on the computer screen. I still haven't found a way to run Cumulus on Linux without using a virtual box with windows in it.

Thanks

The best you can achieve with Fine Offset is a transmission every 48 seconds, that's as real as it gets.

Yes, I must not be understanding the question. The Cumulus display itself on the PC is as close to real time as you can get (it will vary between zero and 10 seconds behind the Fine Offset station console). Do you mean with some software other than Cumulus?

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner but I have been a little under the weather. ( no pun intended) :D

Ok, I see what is happening now, the transmitter only transmits data every 48 seconds. I was thinking that the transmitter worked somewhat like the Ultimeter which changes data immediately.

Sorry for such a stupid question, I should have done a little more research before asking the question,

Thank you for your replies,
