Had a look at the WH1080 sensor but was unable to see what frequency it was on but its a much different layout the the old WH1050 sensor

This is the WH1080 I bought last week to replace the WH1050 i bought a few years ago
http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=228825

Having a look at the humidity sensors as the old WH1050 reads High and the WH1080 reads low, Noticed how fine-offset did not bother to fit RV1 (50K)
so i have reduced the value of R22 from 510k to 470K and fitted a 50K Trimmer in series to The WH1050 sensor, still calibrating at the moment but looks good

For the WH1080 sensor as it reads high will probably just cut the track that goes from R22 to pin 6 and fit a 50K trimmer but at the moment just letting cumulus run
with a multiplier of 1.10

You'll find the frequency on the battery cover on the console. On mine it's also on the transmitter PCB - 433.92MHz.
