Before coming into the Cumulus fold, I was using Weather Link.
Weather Link allows one to update one's data every X minutes on a specific time ( e.g. 0100).
I cannot find, in Cumulus, where one can be specific about what time the updates are performed. So, as a result, my updates are published at odd minutes -- Something other than :00, :10, :20, etc.
How may I accomplish this?

Re: Auto-update time
Mark,
You can't specify the time to start, only the interval. Cumulus starts it's interval timer when you start and takes a snapshot of data x minutes thereafter
you could be very careful when you start cumulus; on the hour for example and I guess that would then work.

Re: Auto-update time
It's something that I do plan to add at some point. It's not possible to offer a completely free choice of interval (as it currently does) and synchronise the updates to the hour. So I'll need to offer an alternative method of specifying the interval. In fact, Cumulus did originally work this way, but many people didn't like being restricted to just factors of 60 (or perhaps I didn't offer all of the factors).
Of course, one way to achieve what you want is to get Cumulus to create the files once a minute, and then make your own arrangements for uploading them.
