Cumulus Support

I followed the instructions at Simple_Website_setup however, Cumulus is not uploading the files from the C:\...\Cumulus\web\ folder (i.e. index.dat).

The ftp.log appears to indicate that files were successfully transferred but, they are not there. I have attached the log for your reading pleasure.

Hi mark

It looks like you have your directory setting wrong... It is failing to change to your specified folder/directory on the server. Folder names are often / rather than \ on the internet so that may be the issue. You will find that Cumulus has probably dumped all the files in the root folder so it may need tidying up
