I've just upgraded from Cumulus 1.9.0 b958 to 1.9.1 b961 and the 'Current Conditions' text box doesn't show the correct data from my 'currentconditions.txt' file.
For example, a value of 'Overcast' in the text file will show as 癏牥慣瑳desc in the 'Current Conditions' text box, with resultant garbage in the <#currcond> webtag.
Text typed directly into the Current Conditions box seems to be passed correctly to the <#currcond> webtag.
Any ideas?
