Even though I have enter "C:\Program Files\EasyWeather\EasyWeather.dat" in the setup station, CUMULUS does not read my controler data in the EasyWeather folder neither in direct access.Need help

It's best not to use the easyweather.dat setting. Select 'Fine Offset' as the station type, and make sure Easyweather isn't running at the same time as Cumulus.
