Adding Sat Images to indexT.htm

Post by mickopla »

I tried to add the Sat images like here http://www.laoisweather.com/index.php?o ... b4d3ffcd58 to my website, www.waterfordcityweather.com but its not working for me. I just get blank boxes with no images in them. Is there a particular reason why it won't work???

Can you show us the HTML code you were using

Looking at your current website, I do not see a blank box so I guess you have removed the code

Unless these files exist on your webserver it will not work as the source (src) is listed as a relative path (i.e. on your server relative to your web page)

It would need to be something like....

src="http://www.sat24.com/images.php?country ... 0912561562"

Which tells the web page to pull the images from another location (i.e. not your server but the sat24 one). I got the correct 'src' location by looking at the HTML source of the Laois County Weather site

So if i replace the current src ./Satellite....... with the src ="http://www.sat24.com/images.php?country ... 0912561562" will it work ???? cheers for the replies daj
