Cumulus Support

I may be way off on this idea. What if the data base started from the outside and went in instead of coming out like it does now. Kind of an area under the curve graph but rolled up into a circle.

Here is a rough sketch, actually very rough. It probably want work the way my minds eye has it. I did not mean to get the fill so close to the center

The outside of the circle would be zero going to the maximum value at the center so in this crummy sketch, the wind came mostly from the S-SW with the least amount coming from near westerly.
