How to Adjust Sunrise and Sunset Time on Header line

How do I adjust the times on the Header Title for the Sunset, Sunrise, Dawn and Dusk? It’s showing Sunrise at 22:41, Sunset 10:48, Dawn 22:20 and Dusk 11:09 I live on the West Coast of the USA which is -8 GMTI just recently

You probably haven't entered your co-ordinates correctly - have you used East instead of West for longitude, for example?
