Possibly, one day. Cumulus 2 is going to be multi-lingual. Making Cumulus 1 multi-lingual is a lot of work, and I already have a lot of other things to do.

Although Cumulus is only in English, there is plenty of info in this forum and in the wiki if you want your Cumulus webpages in another language.

And a few bits of Cumulus itself can be displayed in other languages. Not much so far, admittedly...
