what is the easiest way to run everything on a new PC? I have a netbook that I am not using for anything and want to dedicate to Cumulus...What files to I copy and pate over from my current machine

Copy the data folder contents and you'll have just about everything. There are one or two things in cumulus.ini that you might also want (the date records began etc) and there's probably no reason why you shouldn't just copy over that file too, to retain all of your settings.
