Wind Rose color?

Post by bnwrx »

Since using the latest beta, 954, the color shading on the wind rose appears much lighter than before, almost unnoticeable on my screen. Is this by design?

I've had to use a different wind rose in 1.9.1, and possibly I've set the transparency a bit higher in this one. But mine looks OK to me:

I've had a look at your web site and you seem to be using blue on blue; perhaps you could consider using a different colour for the wind rose?

I hadn't considered dark backgrounds; I'll look into making the transparency configurable...

.
I use the medium blue background with a red wind rose which comes out more pink than red. A little less transparency of the graph would help I would think.

I would love to see a configurable color wind rose - particularly if it included a totally transparent background setting.

The colour is already configurable. The background, unfortunately, will always have to be the colour of the main screen because of the way the image is captured.

Oh well! I guess we don't all get our personal desires - particularly when Cumulus is already so great!
