Due to circumstances beyond my control, i had to change website domains, uploaded all the files to the new domain, got pages up there, inc realitime, but NOTHING is updating, even on manual update
ftp log and realtime fptlog attached

Looks like you have a typo in your Configuration in Cumulus
It is trying to upload to...
/public_htmli/weather
I am guessing the i after the html is not supposed to be there
