Cumulus duplicate programs running

This is a Randy bug, not a Cumulus bug.

Would it be easy to have Cumulus look to see if Cumulus is already running before starting another?

Twice now, through my own failing, I have started a second Cumulus.

This is a very low priority to me since hopefully I will not do this again but I would guess others have done the same thing. If it is more than just a small amount of new code then, I need to change my code.

David, thanks for the answer. I should have caught that in my reading.

So many good features on Cumulus, I am still finding out new things just about everyday of what it can do.

I noticed a mild caution in the help section on "Program Settings" with the option, "Restart if unplugged"

Is it best to leave that unchecked?

It's an attempt at getting around the problem where the station appears to disconnect temporarily. Cumulus can't cope with that without restarting, so this option makes it do it automatically. It just came from an observation that sometimes just restarting Cumulus and nothing else fixes a 'not reading data' situation. I just can't guarantee that it will actually help, or that it won't suddenly restart when it didn't need to.
