Hi Steve,
I have installed build 951.

barometer and indoor data aren't reading.
Extra data are ok now.

Monthly logfile is still not updated!

Tell me if i can try something to help you on Oregon issues.

That's odd; indoor data is all I have to test it with, and that's working fine for me. It thinks the data is corrupt - CRC errors:

06/10/2010 21:08:25.373 : crc bad, got 732 expected 175

Of course, it almost certainly isn't corrupt, it's just the way the code is working with the new compiler (it changes all strings to Unicode, and I use strings to buffer the data

)

Could you turn on the debug log for a while and upload it again, please?

I'm using VSPE http://www.eterlogic.com/ .It can splitt the serial port, you can use the virtual port with different programs.
I'm running Cumulus 189, 190 and 191, FreeWx is running too.
I think it's working because Oregon WMR928 is only sending data, no data from software to station.
I can run Cumulus on a seperate computer with a hardward splitter (only on way)!

Ah, OK. I just can't understand why I can get indoor data from mine and you can't. I think I'll have to put some more debugging code in - I'll get back to you tomorrow.

Build 950 -

Strange - I am only able to open it as "administrator" - most data displays correctly in the Console - however, no indoor data (temp, humidity, and barometric pressure). No graphs!

Build 951 - displays no data - just 0.0s, still requires "administrator" privileges.

I had difficulty uninstalling 950 - looked clean but did not remove several files which interfered with subsequent install. I had to remove all cumulus files after "uninstall" - but only after reboot as I kept getting a "cumulus files open" error during the install of 951.

What I saw in 950 looked very good - just did not completely work. 951 just displayed an empty (data) console.

Setting station as 928.

Hi Steve,

I've installed b951 in a new empty directory.

no monthly log file has been created.
the dayfile was created at midnight.
the extremes files are updated.

After stop and start the values in the console are not always ok!
