so once again i really need some help here since my website has been down since 23:00 last night it just never loads

Please zip up the diags folder and attach it. If you can find it, that is, as you've installed in Program Files, contrary to recommendations.

As of about 2pm your time today, it is, yes. But before that (in the first bugreport.txt file you uploaded), it was here:

00400000 cumulus.exe 1.9.0.958 C:\Program Files (x86)\Cumulus

You appear to have done a new installation into C:\Cumulus.

You have a problem with your regional settings:

10/2/2010 18:22:19.938 : Locale = 1033 ENU: United States (English (United States))
10/2/2010 18:22:19.983 : Short date format: 10/2/2010

As you're in Australia, I assume this is incorrect. Cumulus is getting confused because of the difference between the 2nd October and 10th February. Have you carried out the procedure in the "Important! ..." link above?

I'm afraid that means nothing, that isn't how this bug works. This is what matters:

10/2/2010 18:22:19.938 : Locale = 1033 ENU: United States (English (United States))
10/2/2010 18:22:19.983 : Short date format: 10/2/2010

Windows is telling Cumulus that you have the US format selected.

Either:

1. You are not doing the work around procedure correctly.
or
2. You have found a different bug in Windows 7.
