I was going through all the nifty things Cumulus will do and began wondering how long ago cumulus began.
Is the history of Cumulus and Sandysoft posted some where?

Re: Cumulus History
There isn't really a documented history as such, but the changes.txt file goes right back to:
Version 1.0 27th January 2004 First release.
I got my first weather station - an Oregon Scientific WMR 928 - when we first moved to Scotland (Dumfriesshire) in August 2003, and being unable to find any software that I liked and did what I wanted (although FreeWX came close) I started writing my own, and was later persuaded to make it available to others.

Re: Cumulus History
From everyone's post and mine, we are glad you had the drive to push Cumulus to what it is today. Such a rich product.
Did you ever think it would get to this level when you first started?
