Hi Graham
Welcome to the forum.
Firstly, regarding Twitter, you can customise the output to anything you wish. You need to modify a text file in the Cumulus folder and use the necessary Cumulus 'webtags'. More info on the wiki....

What have you put in as you lat/log?
For your domain name, you need to find someone to host it (i.e. offer webspace with the name). Easyspace probably do a package

Enter your co-ordinates as
Latitude
Deg=53
min=83
sec=01
N
Longitude
Deg=3
min=04
sec=11
W
If you want to be less precise (i.e. not show exactly where your house/station is), change the "sec" to 00 in each which is enough to be near-by but not exact

Did you get your Twitter sorted out? That's a realtime.txt file that you have quoted there, which is a bit of an odd thing to be tweeting - I'm not even sure how you're doing that. The default format is much more readable; see here -
http://twitter.com/sandayweather (ignore the fact that I'm not tweeting at the moment). Or as David says, you can customise it.

I have been on twitter for a while now. I dont tweet much just allow Cumulus to post the messages. I do like the new bit which shows your location. But on twitter it shows up as "Carlisle" which is 10miles to my west. I would prefer it to say "Brampton" my home town. How would you go about changing it ? tks

You can't change it; it's the nearest place to you that Twitter knows about (it uses your co-ordinates given to it by Cumulus). Twitter says my location is "Orkney Islands, Orkney Islands" (so good they named it twice).
