Cumulus cannot recover old data in my console

Hi:

I'm new at this, and starting to be desperate...

Last night I closed my Cumulus and then my computer at 05:20.

Today at 11:30 I started a new session on my computer and then my Cumulus, hoping it would load all data from 05:20 to 11:30, but it did not happen.

Now I have a gap both in the dat files and, obviously, in the graphs. I have checked the data in the console of the station, and they do exist.

Can anybody help me please?

Hi Steve

I've tried to Uninstall and Install the programme again. Besides, I've reseted my station, so I started from zero.

The problem is still here, as I closed my computer at 2.20 and started it again at 3.55. There is a gap between those hours.
I closed it again at 5.10 and started again at 13.20, and I got a new gap...

I cannot zip any folders, so I've attached all the 9 files there are in the Diags folder (sorry).

Hope you can help me, because I need some sleeping!!!

Why not? Does the Windows built-in zip not work for you? Right-click -> send to -> compressed folder

You've told Cumulus not to use the data logger:

12/09/2010 13:14:57.187 : UseDataLogger not set, switch to normal running

If you want it to catch up with data logged when it wasn't running, you have to let it use the logger. It's on the station settings screen, in the 'Settings' box. You must have unset it accidentally?

As usual, just a tick can drive you mad.

I don't know how I unset it... Twice!!!

Now it is running ok, but I'll unistall and reinstall everything again, just to know the moment I "unticked" the data logger box.
