Cumulus Support

Recently I have lost some, but not all, of my small thumbnail graphs on my trend page. When I click on the empty border the correct graph is displayed in the big box above but most of the small graphs are missing.

Also many of my guages seem to be missing graphics.

I have deleted everything on my webserver and did a fresh reinstall and data update but that didn't fix it.

Any tips would be appreciated

At this moment, most of the images are there, but many of them are truncated. Have a look on your PC to see if they are the same, if they are OK on your PC (as I suspect they are) then it's some sort of ftp problem, so the best thing to do is turn on ftp logging and see what the ftplog.txt file says. Probably some sort of timeout...

Were these ever working? It just looks like you haven't created the dbimages folder, or uploaded the files that should be in there. For example:

http://www.mcconnellsweb.com/weather/db ... ainl10.gif

gives a 404.

Steve thanks for the always great leads. On the guages you were rigt I was missing some dbimages. I have uploaded all of those now and get more graphics but still missing alot. The view source in my browser looks good to me. Do you see anything strange?

It's difficult for me to help as you have changed the pages so much from the originals, and to be honest I'm not completely sure how the javascript gauges work anyway. But you do seem to be missing this important line from the original gauges page:

<script language="JavaScript" src="wz_jsgraphics.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

Thanks for the help Steve, you're always there to respond. I'm still toying with it but I guess if it was easy it wouldn't be a hobby!
