OK, next question, now that I got a serial card installed on the PC and everything finally seems to be working well with Vista.
Since first installing Cumulus, the forecast always reads "Forecast: Exceptional Weather, Stormy, much precipitation" even when pressure is high (i.e., right now it reads 29.16 in.) and steady. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
FYI, it's an Oregon Scientific WMR-968 running on Vista 32-bit.

Re: Forecast: Exceptional Weather, Stormy, much precipitation
Most likely you have ticked the unit box in the forecast 'range' to be InHg but have left the values as mb. (950.00 => 1050.00).
If that is the case simply tick the mb option instead. These values are purely for the forecast decisions and the values are not shown or used anywhere else and are independent of your chosen 'station units'.
