Steve, the people at Ambient Weather are taking care of the problem but you are right, I am disappointed. I learned a lot so no real lose. And my weather station is still installed outside so when I get the new unit I will just have to add batteries. What I saw of Cumulus I really liked.
I did try it using Easy Weather on a different XP computer to make sure W7 wasn't the problem and it didn't work on that computer as well so it sure seems like a hardware issue.
