Hi Steve,
I just tried to access the forum Enhancements Requests page and it gives an error to say 'you do not have permission'.
I may have missed a post somewhere to explain why, forgive me if I have.

(a patch is available for 1.9.4 build 1099 that extends the date range of drop-down menus to 2030)

I've looked at the settings and it all looks OK, so I guess there's some sort of corruption somewhere. When I get time I'm going to upgrade the forum software and hope that somehow fixes everything.

I had another look and found some more settings for the Tracker which may have fixed the problem - could you have another try, please?
Still can't see anything wrong with the PM settings...
