Railfall display on Cumulus

Hi there: I just got my Ambient Weather WS-1080 up and online and everything is working great, as it should with Cumulus, with the exception of rainfall. I get no rainfall indication on the Cumulus display and if I bring up Easy Weather, it shows that I have had three times the actual rainfall. Anyone have a solution to this? If it's an html problem, I'm lost! thanks

Has it rained since you first ran Cumulus? Cumulus displays data from the point at which you first run it.
