I am using version 1.9.0 Build 937 on Windows 7 Pro. Up until recently, automatic uploads to my web page were working OK. Now the program will not update due to an error reading:
26/07/2010 4:12:13 PM : FTP Connect Error, Error code = 10051
26/07/2010 4:12:13 PM : FTP Connect Error, Error code = 10051
26/07/2010 4:12:13 PM : FTP Connect Timeout
I have re-installed over the top of the existing installation and have checked with my ISP and everything is OK there. I can still look at my web page using IE8

Any suggestions?

Re: FTP Timeout
Unless you've changed any settings in Cumulus, or changed any firewall or other router settings, I would say the problem has to be with your web hosting. If you turn on ftp logging, the ftp log might give further information - but it will probably just show the connection timeouts - i.e. no response from the server.Albert Dulfer wrote:I have re-installed over the top of the existing installation and have checked with my ISP and everything is OK there.

Re: FTP Timeout
Thanks. There have been no changes to my router, firewall or any other settings (including Cumulus), however I will turn on FTP logging and see if there is anything there to help. Will let you know.steve wrote:Unless you've changed any settings in Cumulus, or changed any firewall or other router settings, I would say the problem has to be with your web hosting. Problem resolved - it was my anti virus (I had updated and had to change settings) - silly me!!
