problem upgrading v1.8.2 to 1.8.3

I think you're right, it's giving tomorrow's moonrise time!

I'll see if I can work out whether it's a problem in the library function, or the way I'm using it.

I see what the problem is. The routine works in UTC. It gives me the rise and set times for a Universal date, so the figure it's giving for tomorrow morning for you, is still today (the 28th) in UTC.

Now, I can either try to get my already hurting head around what I need to do to correct that, or I can look for some other library that does more of the hard work for me.
