By default, Cumulus Real Time displays the windchill. Is there a way for me to change this to reflect the Heat Index?? Something I would change during the summer then revert back to Wind Chill for the winter.

If you create your own version of realtime.txt with web tags, and put heat index where wind chill goes, and point Cumulus Realtime at it, then the wind chill gauge will show heat index (and you can change the label in the XML config).
The only problem might be with the scaling, as it assumes that ambient temp is the highest of the three values that it displays.
