Indoor Humidity Sensor Failing

Post by werribee_au »

My indoor humidity sensor has gone troppo and is mucking up the humidity graph and I would like to either turn it off or give it a fixed value so the graph looks cleaner. I can't see anything in calibration for indoor humidity

Steve, Is there an an ini entry that would turn off indoor humidity or set it at a fixed value like say 10%?

My current work around has been set the InsideHumColour to that of the Background colour, that fixes the graph but the thumbnail is still noisy. Do you have any suggestions?

I can't think of anything to suggest, I'm afraid. Ideally, a facility is needed to allow individual sensors to be 'switched out', and another one to allow the colours of the thumbnail plots to be changed (or at least, perhaps, to use the same colours as the main graphs). All of these would require quite a bit of code to be written, so it's not something I could do any time soon.

Thanks for the reply Steve.

I don't think it is worth purchasing another console or station if it is only the indoor humidity that is faulty.
I'll just put up with it the way it is for now. :(

Thanks again!
