I have recently converted to a Mac and rebuilt my website using Rapidweaver, anyone had any experience incorporating Cumulus within a Rapidweaver template?
I am completely confused as to how I can do it.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

OK, so not too many Mac/Rapidweavers users here.
I can link to my Cumulus data OK so my data is up there, so that will have to do for now until I can figure how to display it as I would like.

Thanks for viewing anyway.

Yes, not too surprising on a support forum for Windows-only software. I know that maybe a couple of people are using Cumulus on a Mac in an emulator, but I guess they're not using RapidWeaver. Or haven't logged on here so far this week.

There is no really easy simple way. As Steve (Admin) has pointed out it is a Windows app. However, if you are prepared to get your hands dirty with a little code etc there are ways. I freely admit that I sort of cheat through laziness.

I have an oldish computer that runs XP and Cumulus. This serves the standard Cumulus pages to my hosted server or website via the built in FTP facility in Cumulus. All very simple. But I'm a Mac devotee and much prefer to do things the Mac way. Fortunately Cumulus has many enthusiasts who have extended the program by the addition of webtags. These little bits of code allow you to cross the operating system boundaries. Using a combination of html and php the Cumulus data can be displayed in web pages of your own design.

I am not familiar with Rapidweaver although I know of it. What you will have to learn is how you include the additional code snippets into the base Rapidweaver pages in order to display the php webtags. Web page compilers usually have a method by which you can add your code into the div or table tags for example. I use Freeway Pro 5 because I've have done for some years and it allows me to compile pages more from a graphic design view. Once you get the hang of it it becomes very easy to manipulate the page to your needs.

I'm sure there are other ways. If you use the view code in your browser you will see how the code is put together.
