Wind-run tool ?

hi people ,i'm looking for a tool what collect the Wind-run from my Weatherstation , daily,monthly and yearly ,whit the different Wind-speed,i need this Data for my VAWT see, http://www.youtube.com/user/kalli51ify# ... tecY0JGr2o ,this VAWT on Youtube had only 12V 3 W, 
so now i will built a bigger one what give's more power.
