This site has collected all BOM radar images and BOM satellite images for the last few years and you can replay any period you want.

Now I just have to figure out how to place my local radar loop on my own website? Any ideas?

Bob

Try this link. Its a google module that you can modify for your local radar then add the generated code to your web page. On my site, I just use a link that opens the local BOM radar in another window.
