Re: Cumulus setup
I was hoping to compare the various files, I wondered if sometimes it was starting up in a different location. But as you've installed to C:\Cumulus, there shouldn't be a problem.
You have an error in dayfile.txt:
6/12/2010 22:56:14.089 : Error reading Dayfile: List index out of bounds (14)
You also seem to have changed your system settings (date and number formats) - the problem above may be related to this.
6/12/2010 23:40:00.324 : Writing todayfile, LastUpdateTime = 6/12/2010 11:40:00 PM raindaystart = 135
12-06-2010 23:48:19.351 : Error processing web\todayT.htm Error: '3.4' is not a valid floating point value
This will cause Cumulus a lot of problems, and may explain everything you're seeing. Your data files will now have a mix of numbers with decimal points and commas, and Cumulus won't be able to make sense of it. The date format change will also cause problems.
I don't know why it won't save your co-ordinates, though (it may be related to the other problem). You could have a look in cumulus.ini after you've entered them, and see what has been written there.

Re: Cumulus setup
I have been looking at the log files for the previous months, and can see, that the format dd-mm-yy has changed to dd/mm/yy several times , I have now changed all entries to dd-mm-yy , I have no ide why this happens as I have not touched the computer format settings, while I am writing this on another computer, I can see that the two last entries in the June log file today 16:30 and 16:40 also were dd/mm/yy and the time now is 16:46

Re: Cumulus setup
I think someone else had something similar, with their settings appearing to change like this.
Have you carried out the procedure described here (linked above)? https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2837

Re: Cumulus setup
Yes I did that when I saw your message in May, but I will do it again,
as to the stations coordinates, it is apparently only on the Cumulus display on the computer running it, that shows zero in all the
boxes, the ini file has still the right coordinates in it, and my web is also showing the right place, I am adding my ini file without
my user names and passwords.

Re: Cumulus setup
This is almost certainly the same problem. The coordinates are stored with decimal commas:
Latitude=55,7661111111111
Longitude=12,3980555555556
When Cumulus starts up the system settings are using decimal points, so the coordinates are invalid.
But I'm afraid I have no idea why your settings appear to change, if it's not the problem described above.
