Cumulus comes with templates and full instructions for setting up a web site with no knowledge of HTML. See 'Creating a web site' in the help file, and this section in the wiki -

The wiki isn't going to help you get your password and/or server correct. You will have to get your web space provider to help you log in. They must have given you details for how to use your web space?
I guess the only way someone here might be able to help you to log in would be if they are using the same web space provider as you - who are you using?

You haven't quite set up your web space correctly. You have a folder called 'website' which contains the Cumulus files which should be in a folder called dbimages.
If you want your Cumulus site to be in the 'root' of your web site (and it looks like you do from what you've done so far), you need to change that folder to be called dbimages, and in the Cumulus internet setup put:
Host name: ballina-nsw-weather-from-stormboy.com
Directory: ballina-nsw-weather-from-stormboy.com
Username: pacificblue03
password: as you posted above

But now it seems you've changed things since I looked, so the above isn't quite right any more. But you should get the general idea. The host name and directory need to be as shown, you need to create the images and dbimages folder etc under the ballina-nsw-weather-from-stormboy.com folder.

I would carefully check your details - it's all too easy to get one character wrong. I have found this - you can look at an error and not see it. For example my server (QiQ) has a slightly different format. It allows for setting up unlimited FTP accounts and I use separate ones for my PWS and webcam, for instance.
Server FTP settings.
FTP Server :- ftp.ginad.org.uk
FTP Username :-
webcam@ginad.org.uk
PW :- *********
Subdirectory :- /public_html/weather/
In the FTP client (home PC) :- As above but the Directory goes from the subdirectory above, i.e.
images. Thus, the directory where the images are going is
/public_html/weather/images and the URL for this is
http://ginad.org.uk/weather/images.
As another example, my main FTP account which I access manually (using FileZilla) for admin purposes and which gives me access to ALL my webspace (as opposed to the
weather directory above) is :-
FTP Server :- ftp.ginad.org.uk
FTP Username :-
gina@ginad.org.uk
PW :- *********
Subdirectory :- /public_html/
I hope these examples help to pinpoint your problem - FTP can be a bit tricky to set up and has to be exactly right.
