It's a bit of strange reply when it's their server which is returning the error message.
Try turning off realtime ftp, then restarting Cumulus. Then turn on ftp logging, and then enable realtime updating again. Wait a few minutes, then upload the realtimeftplog.txt file.

The ftp server (that's the machine at your web space provider) is still returning an error saying that it can't create the file:
09:22:51:345 >|553 Could not create file.|
There's no sign of it making the connection and working to begin with - did you do it in the order that I asked?

It was not intended that what I asked you to do would somehow get it working, it was so I could see the ftp log to see what happens at the point where it stops working. But the log does not show that, so it would appear that you did not do as I asked.
Try this:
1. In the internet settings, untick 'Enable Realtime'
2. Stop Cumulus
3. Delete realtimeftplog.txt from the Cumulus folder
4. Start Cumulus
5. Turn on ftp logging
6. In the internet settings, tick 'Enable Realtime'
7. Wait until the realtime.txt upload stops working
8. Post a reply here, attaching realtimeftplog.txt

Ask them why their server is responding with "553 Could not create file" when you try to upload realtime.txt. They must have some logs, or they must be able to turn on logging on your account.

support says:
Rajiv Paul: Antonio, there is a present issue going on in resolving Php files
Rajiv Paul: We are working to resolve the issues
currently they are looking at my site?
could the above results be the problem?
