is anyone else getting loads of RANDON followers on their cumulus twitter acount

I know twitter is an open platform, full of SPAM style accounts who just follw you, so yoiu look at their profile
and to be honest random followers is not a problem, but i wondered if anyone else has similar issues

I have Three twitter accounts, two personal, and one for my weather stuff driven by cumulus.
At a rate of 3-4 every day my weather account is being following my new users with what looks like completly random username (but real looking full names)
for example

@redotunikuxu , Chelsey Brandon | Southern California
@sawizosavyvaq , Bruno Augusto Prata | Buriti Alegre
@vecywifupape , Nate G | Australia
@risazicoxofi , Lem | Leeds, England
@docyvolesac , Sharon | Abu Dhabi

at a quick glance these account do not look like spam account, they all look real ish....
but on a deep inspection, seem to be full of randmom posts, with no menaing, many have a odd cumulus weather tweet in them,
