HI
My first post after using Cumulus for a few months. On April 1st. I had a rogue rainfall figure (147mm). This is now affecting the annual all time records.
How can I edit this to correct this error ?.
Regards

Re: All Time Data Error
You can edit the All time records in Cumulus under the Edit menu. As to where you find the previous All time record, someone else will have to help you there.RX2 wrote:HI

Re: All Time Data Error
The monthly and annual rainfall totals are determined from the daily totals in dayfile.txt, so you need to edit that file (with Cumulus stopped). The format of the file is in the wiki - http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Dayfile.txt

Re: All Time Data Error
Recent versions of Cumulus maintain a log of all changes to the all time records - alltimelog.txttjaliwalpa wrote:As to where you find the previous All time record, someone else will have to help you there.

Thanks Steve, Thanks for speedy reply.
Removing the rouge rainfall figure from the Dayfile as you suggested has corrected the records, annual and all time.
On thing though, when selecting a graph over the same period, the rouge rainfall figure still shows up on that day ?

Yes, the rain will also have been logged in your April log file.RX2 wrote:On thing though, when selecting a graph over the same period, the rouge rainfall figure still shows up on that day ?
