Your realtime page is on domain
www.herford-wetter.info but you are trying to load the realtime.txt file from domain
www.tel-o-fon. If that's correct, this is the same problem with Silverlight cross-domain calls that is mentioned in the readme file. See this thread for what you need to do to fix it:
https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=1495
But I suspect that you actually have the wrong domain in your XML file and it should be
www.herford-wetter.info

You need to edit the CSS:

Hello Steve- Both Domains are correct.
The herford-wetter.info is intern by the webhoster transfered to tel-o-fon.de/weather.
All files are in tel-o-fon/weather.
But i check the xml file.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<initialisation>
<realtimeURL>
http://www.tel-o-fon/weather/realtime.txt</realtimeURL>
<sitename>Herford Wetter</sitename>
<interval>5</interval>
<gustlabel>Wind Gust</gustlabel>
etc

You've got
http://www.tel-o-fon/weather/realtime.txt in your XML file, which is invalid - a missing ".de", presumably. And then you'll need to follow the instructions for allowing a cross-domain call.
But your realtime.txt file is available at
http://www.herford-wetter.info/realtime.txt so why not just use that?

It's amazing how a simple omission or error can make everything fail. A small simple slip has often been my undoing
Incidentally, my sig says 1444.0mm of rain today (22 May) - it's lying, we haven't had a drop

Got some interference I think.

And how many times you look over things you always miss the obvious, that's when an extra pair of eyes comes in handy.
1444.0mm of rain? I'd reckon you'd be posting from your rowboat is that was the case

As far as Cumulus Realtime is concerned, it really should have more error checking and reporting, it does tend to just fail silently. Often the Firefox error console will show the problem, though. Hopefully I'll get around to working on it again one day...
