Cumulus Support

I had to adjust my weather station out side and i knocked the rain gage. Any way it sent dud reading to my pc so i unistalled the software and reinstalled it to clear the data but it came up with all the old readings still Is there any way to start a fresh

Just delete the contents of the Data folder while Cumulus is stopped. Seems a bit extreme, though, if all you had was an extra rain tip or two?

Are you running Vista?

yes

Then Vista will have probably hidden your data files in:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Cumulus\Data

where [username] is your username on your PC.
