Which version, and what happens, exactly? What doesn't work?

1.9 and it only uploads to Weather Underground for about 5 minutes then stops. 1.8 started doing to, too.

How often are you uploading to WU? Are you using rapid fire?
If you turn on the debug log as soon as Cumulus starts - using version 1.8.9 - then wait until it stops updating WU - and at least 10 minutes, then attach the debug.log file, I'll have a look to see if there's anything of any use in there.

Yes, I am using rapid fire, and I set the upload time on initial setup on 1.9 @ 10minutes.e
