Depends on if you are talking about a real WAP page or a Mobile Web page.
A real WAP page outputs a document type of wml, uses cards etc... and requires a symbol like that to be formatted like:
If you are instead creating a mobile web page (which is what most people are talking about but mis-calling it a WAP page) that is really HTML in which case
would be more common.
