Cant get Cumulus to connect/upload to CWOP

I'm probably totally botching something up. I'm pretty clueless about this and this is my first experience w/ a weather station and software. I just downloaded and installed Cumulus on the old desktop last night. It's receiving info just fine from the station (Zephyr PWS1000TD-fine offset) and it's uploading fine to Weather Underground. I just can't get anything to work with CWOP. I do have an ID/identifier for CWOP.
The old desktop is running Windows XP.

Can you turn on FTP logging then leave it for a little while (at least for the time to the next update attempt of CWOP) then attach the log file here

You weren't to know this, David, but it doesn't use FTP for CWOP, it just uses raw TCP. So any useful info would be in the debug log rather than the ftp log.
It's also worth checking the CWOP page where they list rejected data (I can't remember where this is offhand) to see if your data is getting uploaded but rejected for some reason.

It just says "no data" for my ID. Nothing for rejected either. Nothing seems to be getting uploaded except to weather underground.

Turn on the debug log and see what is being sent to CWOP.
